
Please join us on Friday, January 30th at 9:30am at Bagel ‘n Grinds in Potomac Village for a General PTA Meeting. The snow may have closed school, but it can’t stop the PTA! Children welcome. We will have supplies for kiddos to make cards for our hard working building services staff. BYO Bagel and come to discuss boundary updates, Spring events, and future volunteer and leadership positions with the PTA.

- Vice President: Works closely with PTA President and event chairs to manage fundraising campaigns, including Book Fair and Read-a-Thon.
- Treasurer: Oversees all PTA funds, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and filing tax forms, and making authorized disbursements.
- Communications Director: Organizes external PTA communications, including website, social media, and Mustang Mail. Also provides support to room parents.
- Events Director: Supports individual event chairs to organize PTA community events.
- Delegate: Works alongside the second PTA Delegate to act as a PES PTA representative at countywide meetings, held virtually once a month.
- Sunshine Committee (Co-)Chair: Organizes staff and teacher appreciation events and activities throughout the year.
