2023-2024 PTA Members have access to the online directory managed by the PTA (non-members do not have access, but will appear if they did not opt out during school registration with the district). Please note that right now, the directory contains information from last school year, not this school year. The PTA will receive updated data in October from the school, update the directory at that time, and send a new email to all members to notify you and ask you to verify your updated directory info.
To access the directory:
- Visit https://potomaces.memberhub.com/
- Click Sign In at the top right (on mobile, click the three lines at the top right and select Sign In from the menu)
- Sign in with the email address you provided when you registered as a PTA member this year (also the email this message is being sent to)
- Use the I forgot my password link if you do not know your password
- DO NOT create a new account
Additionally, the directory has the concept of hubs. Right now the hubs we have available include the class year hubs, which parents can choose to join. The teacher hubs are currently unavailable. Once we get the updated data for 2023-2024, we will add students to the correct hubs so that PTA members can access parent contact info for children in relevant classes. Parents are not allowed to join teacher hubs, so any join requests for teacher hubs will be denied. There are no communications sent to parents via the teacher hubs.
Please contact us if you have any questions or issues, or if you are currently visible in the directory but want to opt out (if you opted out during this year’s registration, your info will already not appear in the directory once it is updated in October).
