Potomac Elementary Parent Teacher Association

The support of generous parents, grandparents and community members and businesses is what keeps our organization running and supporting our kiddos. Throughout the year, the PES PTA plans and executes dozens of events from grandparent breakfasts to book fair to teacher appreciation weeks. In addition to using funds for community building events, in the past we have purchased picnic tables, online educational subscriptions, PPE and much more.

Financial Contributions
We are beyond thankful for the generosity of our parents. For those that wish to contribute beyond their PTA Membership fee, we welcome any financial contributions. You can donate here.

In-Kind Donations
Throughout the year, we seek donations for events and prizes. If you own a restaurant, we’d love to work with you to cater meals for staff. If you have items that might be appropriate for student prizes or a silent auction, we’d love that as well! Also if you have leftover sodas, juices or snacks after a party or art supplies after a project, we’d love to have those items! If you’d like to be added to our “business begging” email list, please contact us.

Donations for Others
Our school has a sister school, Highland Elementary, that is often in need of donations for its student body. We coordinate the sponsorship of small treats and also the donation of items such as school supplies, holiday gifts and grocery store gift cards at various times during the year.
