Current PTA Members have access to the online directory managed by the PTA. The directory allows you to find contact information for adults when searching by name (child or adult), or by class. Non-members do not have access, but will appear in the directory if they did not opt out during school registration with the district or if they sign up to receive PTA emails. The directory is updated with new information once per year when the PTA receives directory data from the school/district. This happens in the Fall, after registration and opt outs, most often in October. Until that time, the directory contains information from prior school year. Once the directory is updated for the school year, the PTA will send an email to all members to notify you and ask you to verify your directory info and privacy settings.
To access the directory:
- Visit https://potomaces.givebacks.com/
- Hover over the round person icon at the top right (on mobile, click the three lines at the top right) and select Sign In
- Sign in with the email address you provided when you registered as a PTA member this year
- Use the I forgot my password link if you do not know your password
- DO NOT create a new account
- Once logged in, choose Directory from the menu. If you are viewing the store on a non-mobile device, hover over the round person icon at the top right and select home.
The directory includes hubs – for grades and AM and PM teacher classes. These allow directory users to filter by hubs. Each year, when the directory is updated the teacher class hubs are updated. Parents are not allowed to join teacher hubs, so any join requests for teacher hubs will be denied. There are no communications sent to parents via the teacher hubs. These are only used to allow directory users to filter by class. Parents can join grade hubs, and the PTA occasionally sends emails to parents in the grade hubs if the message is only relevant for that grade.
Please contact us if you have any questions or issues, or if you are currently visible in the directory but want to opt out.
