4pm-7:30pm at Potomac Elementary, in the All Purpose Room and on the Blacktop
After nearly 3 years, we are finally hosting another International and Multicultural Night at Potomac Elementary. Come learn about all of the various cultures we have represented at our school! Sample delicious foods, listen to songs and watch dances from all over the world.
This event is put on by all the families in our community as well as the PTA. Each country gets its own table where they will display cultural items and offer food samples for tasting. Students will be given passports, and they can get stamps at each table. If you’re an adventurous eater, you will probably be able to make an entire dinner out of the samples offered. The PTA will not be selling concessions at this event, so please plan to bring your own water bottle which you can refill at any of the water fountain filling stations.
Towards the end of the evening, students will be putting on a fashion show and showing off their international talents. We look forward to seeing you!
