A Financial Review for documents and final numbers from the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year was conducted on 9/6/22 by Fred Olowin, Anh Chu and Jennifer Dennis. Per the State PTA requirements, all those participating in the Financial Review were not signers on the PTA bank account. The books were reviewed and found to be correct.
The PTA for the State of Maryland has amended our bylaws to allow for payments to be made via direct debit. The PES PTA Treasurer requests approval for the following vendors: United States Treasury, Comptroller of Maryland, WordPress, GoDaddy, Google/GSuite, AIM Insurance, Zoom, MemberHub, Stripe Credit Card Processing, PNC Bank, Paypal, MCCPTA Free State PTA, National PTA.
